In This Episode

  • Erin and Weer’d discuss:
    • an article from The Atlantic about rethinking "Run, Hide, Fight" in a manner that shows some minds are being changed;
    • the Chesapeake, VA Walmart shooting;
    • and Biden's declaration that semi-automatic weapons "have no redeeming features."
  • Next, Savage1R returns to the show to give us a breakdown of the FTX Cryptocurrency Scandal;
  • and finally, Weer'd sits down with Ian McCollum to discuss his upcoming book, Clockwork Basilisk.

  1. The Atlantic article writer's last sentence is still all about someone else stepping up:
    "I’m not ready to say I want my young kids to fight if, God forbid, they encounter a mass shooter. But I’m willing to admit that maybe I want someone present to fight for them."
    Until we are teaching that no one is coming to save you, you are your own first responder, we're always going to have this problem.
