In This Episode
David and Oddball are back from LibertyCon with stories to tell (and Erin was stuck in traffic and needed a well-deserved night-off). Besides LibertyCon stories, the gang discusses:
- a would-be spree killer at a Michigan Church thwarted by church security;
- the Fifth Circuit is revamping their argument against suppressors being "Arms" per the Second Amendment;
- the Ninth Circuit declaring California's one-gun-a-month law unconstitutional;
- the progression of the NFA items in Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill";
- the potential merger of the ATF with the DEA is dead, although we don't know much more than that at the time of recording;
- and the ATF falling on hard times, with the potential to lay off 500 employees.
