Support my writing habit

Sadly, there's no bloggish way of saying, "There's more to tell, but it's hard to tell a good story with such a dry throat...", so I'll come right out and say it: I'm a struggling author, and I need money.

My aspiration is to become a full-time author. Unfortunately, I can't afford to do that right now; my writing habit doesn't exactly support my writing habit. But I know that it can; if webcomic artists can make a living at this, so can I. But I need your help to do it.

So here's the deal: If you like what I write, send me a buck.

That's it.

Regardless of what you do (or don't) send, I'm not going to stop writing this blog. I won't stop posting installments of Curse/Or. Ideally, nothing will change, except (Eris willing) I'll be able to write more often. And the more I write, the better (and faster) I become.

Or heck, you could go crazy and commission me to write something for you. I will write:
  • Poetry
  • Fiction
  • Satire
  • Essays
  • Advertising Copy / Backgrounders
  • Biographies for your MMORPG characters
  • Costumes for same (not really writing, but I've still been paid for it)
  • Pornography Erotica (but see below)

Here's what I will NOT write:
  • Racist/Sexist/Creedist content
  • Anything else that could be construed as Hate Speech
  • Politics
  • Pornography Erotica that contains the following: Bestiality, child abuse, child molestation, necrophilia, pedophilia, rape, scat/shit play, snuff, torture, violence, watersports/urine play. "Soft" forms of nonconsensual sex such as mind-control and/or time stop are probably okay.
  • Anything else that squicks me out.

I have not posted any sort of "going rates" because A) everything is ultimately negotiable, and B) it prevents people from claiming a nonverbal contract by saying "I paid you $20, now where's my McCain/Obama slashfic?"

(Although honestly? I would write that. In my world that falls under satire, not politics.)
