Monday Gunday: at the Intersection of Awesome and Ridiculous

.. lies this gun.

I.. I don't know what to say about it. This is like the Michael Bay (or possibly Rob Liefeld) of handguns: It's bulky, heavy, expensive, overblown, and prone to massive overkill.

On the other hand, I can't deny the effectiveness of firing two bullets at once; there's a reason that police learn the "double tap" method of shooting, and this gives an effective double tap with a single trigger pull.

English needs a word that adequately describes "possessing qualities both sublime and repugnant."

  1. Except two bullets at once means twice the recoil.
In that case you'd rather go with a gun that has twice the recoil but fires a single bullet. So now you can double-tap with a much more powerful gun.

Definitely the Rob Liefield of pistols.

  2. I am entirely going to have a variant of this show up in my Shadowrun campaign.  Shadowrun not lacking for silly guns as it is.

  3. For Shadowrun, it would really need to be a smartgun in .50 or larger, with twin snail-drum magazines of 100 rounds each.

Heck, scale it up for Trolls and make it a full-auto .600 Nitro Express!

  4.  I want one.  Just to have it.  No idea what I would do with it, except whip it out any time someone goes rambling down a "how unique their firearm is" tangent...
