Excellent article about bullpup shotguns...

... over at, written by none other than our very own Oleg Volk.

I've shot the KSG and loved it, but I haven't yet had the chance to shoot the UTS15.  I would dearly love the chance to try, as it just suggests "sci-fi spacegun" to me.

Pew pew pew.

  1. They really do look like they came right out of some sci-fi film or anime.

  2. His little picture at the bottom saying a 14" SBR 870 only gets five round vs the KSG's 14...

Based on Marv's experience, both guns get about the same number of shots before they stop firing. Five. The difference is one is out of ammo, the other has had a stoppage.

My favorite stoppage on his KSG is the magazine selector lever selecting the center and cutting off both tubes. Is a detent of some kind really that hard?

  3. I understand that some folks have problems with it, but I've shot the KSG and haven't had a problem with it either time.

If Marv wants to sell it, I'd be happy to take it off his hands...
